The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to join a dedicated Change Management team supporting a major transformation initiative.

Working closely with change, training and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in preparing people for new systems and ways of working by developing engaging learning solutions and supporting successful adoption.

The Role

As a Systems Trainer, you will support the planning, development and delivery of training activities that enable users to confidently adopt new systems and processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the delivery of the program training strategy and learning approach
- Working with change and business stakeholders to understand training needs and develop fit-for-purpose learning solutions
- Assessing current and future state capability requirements to support successful transition
- Developing engaging training materials including user guides, learning resources, videos and digital modules




- Coordinating training schedules and support delivery of sessions both virtually and face-to-face
- Monitoring training effectiveness, gather feedback and provide reporting on adoption and outcomes
- Building strong relationships across the program and business to support change readiness and user engagement
- Contributing to continuous improvement of training approaches and materials throughout the program lifecycle

The Ideal Person

You will be an experienced Systems Trainer, Learning and Development professional or Change and Training specialist with a strong background in supporting technology-enabled transformation programs.

You will have demonstrated experience across the full training lifecycle, from assessing learner needs and developing content through to coordinating delivery and evaluating outcomes.

You will bring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, project stakeholders and diverse user groups.

Your ability to understand complex information, create practical learning solutions and manage competing priorities will be key to your success.

Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, particularly within Agile delivery environments, will be highly regarded.

You will be a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoys helping people navigate change and building confidence through effective training solutions.

Salary / Rate

- $80/hr - $100/hr + Super
- Immediate start on offer
- 10-month contract
- Baseline clearance preferred
