About the Role

Our Member Services Team is the first point of contact for both existing and prospective members and plays a critical role in delivering a positive member experience.

As a Member Services Officer, you'll provide friendly, professional support across phone and email to assist with membership administration tasks and ensure our member records remain accurate and up to date.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Attending to enquiries from both prospective and existing ACA members across email, phone and digital channels.
- Assisting in processing new memberships and annual renewals.
- Understand and utilise CRM to ensure membership database is updated efficiently and accurately.




- Responding to requests and enquiries within allocated time frames; applying detailed knowledge of ACA's policies, procedures, standards and documentation, including the Scope of Practice for Counsellors.

About You

You'll bring a genuine interest in helping people, along with:

- Personality!
- A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in administration role and customer service roles
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience using a CRM or database software
- Ability to apply an assessment framework to applications with a focus on compliance
