The Role

You’ll manage a quality residential portfolio while being supported by experienced leadership and an established team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties

- Assistant Property Manager under you to support with in and out of office tasks

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Property inspections

- Arrears management

- Maintenance coordination

- Leases and notices as required

- Compliance with Queensland legislation

- Delivering exceptional customer service

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

You’ll also have:

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Sound knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A positive, team-focused attitude

- Current driver’s licence
