Information Governance and Stakeholder Engagement Officer

- Work Type: Fixed term (external applicants) / Temporary Assignment (internal DJSIR employees) / Secondment (VPS employees external to DJSIR) until 31 March 2027
- Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)
- Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)
- Exercises professional judgement about the application of rules, or the selection of choices within guidelines
- Explains concepts and policies to clients, stakeholders and staff
- Obtains, summarises and reports on stakeholder views
- Communicates professional/ technical concepts and advice

The Team

The position of Information Governance and Stakeholder Engagement Officer forms a part of the Information Technology and Workplace Services branch within the Corporate Services group.

- Working Collaboratively: Builds a supportive and cooperative team environment; Engages other teams to share information in order to understand or respond to issues; Supports others in challenging situations.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: If required, determines additional information needed to make informed decisions. Applies critical thinking and problem-solving concepts in the right context.
- Project Delivery:



Defines tasks to be delivered to meet agreed outcomes; Coordinates and guides others in the execution of work activities; Monitors progress of tasks against plans and takes corrective action when required.
