Beverly Rooftop is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

About Us

Beverly has been open for three years, serving great food and drinks with 270-degree views across Melbourne. It's a busy room with a valuable team behind it.

The Opportunity

We're after an Assistant Restaurant Manager to run our dining room across lunch and dinner services. It's a hands on role with real scope to shape how the floor operates, and there's room to grow with us.

What We're Looking For

- A natural leader who's warm, approachable and communicates well
- Someone who can set the tone of the room and look after guests properly
- At least 2 years' management experience in a high-end or upscale restaurant
- A real interest in food and wine
- Solid across restaurant operations, bookings, training, stock control
- A good attitude and genuine care for hospitality
