About the Opportunity
PARC Engineering is on the lookout for experienced Industrial Painting Supervisors tojoinamajor projectbasedin WA's goldfields region. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant project whileworkingalongsideahigh-performingprojectsteam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise industrial painting, abrasive blasting and protective coating activities.
- Coordinate shutdown and maintenance work to meet critical path schedules.
- Allocate labour, equipment and materials to maximise productivity.
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time and within specification.
- Ensure all coating applications comply with AS/NZS Standards ISO standards, Client coating specifications & Manufacturer Technical Data Sheets.
- Complete QA documentation and inspection records.
- Review work packs and drawings.
- Coordinate equipment and consumable requirements.
- Liaise with other Supervisors & the client as required.
Role Requirements:
- Trade Qualification in Industrial Painting or Protective Coatings
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Training
- White Card
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights & Confined Space
- Gas Test Atmospheres - desirable
- High Risk Work Licence with EWP, Forklift or Dogging - desirable
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
