The Positive Guys is seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Partner to support business leaders across our Victoria network. You will manage a broad range of ER cases end-to-end, delivering practical coaching and advice to strengthen leadership capability and drive commercially sound outcomes.
You will lead investigations, handle grievances and disciplinary matters, and partner with Safety, Risk and other teams to ensure compliant, fair processes.
