Randstad is seeking a passionate Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team at a beautifully appointed aged care facility located two hours outside Melbourne. This permanent, full time role is Monday to Friday, offering weekends back to enjoy the regional lifestyle.

You will oversee delivery of high-quality, resident-focused clinical care, manage nurses and carers, and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. AHPRA registration as an RN and strong leadership are essential.
