About the role
Join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care within the Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Geelong North.
In this role, you will provide evidence-based assessment, treatment and care coordination to adults experiencing serious mental illness, working collaboratively with consumers, families and carers to support recovery and wellbeing.

- Timely, coordinated, and accountable service delivery

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments and evidence-based interventions for adults with complex mental health needs
- Provide recovery-oriented care coordination, partnering with consumers, families and carers
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team planning, risk assessment and clinical review processes
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional and legislative standards
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in adult community mental health or a related setting
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment and continuing care of individuals with serious mental illness
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments with competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative care
- A passion for recovery-oriented, person-centred practice
