We're partnering with a growing boutique Owners Corporation management business that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional service across Tier 1-3 residential buildings. The Opportunity

This is a newly created portfolio that is being built from the ground up.

You'll initially take over two residential buildings, with the portfolio gradually growing to around 750 lots. The focus is quality over quantity, with predominantly Tier 1 and Tier 2 buildings involving complex matters including:

- Defect management

- Remediation projects

- VCAT matters

- Committee management

- Capital works

- High-level stakeholder engagement

What You'll Receive

- Salary of $115,000 + Super

- Attractive bonus structure

- 5% bonus once your portfolio exceeds 650 lots

- Up to 40-50% bonus once your portfolio exceeds 1,250 lots

- Hybrid working with 2 days per week working from home

- Paid after-hours meetings

Outstanding Support Structure

One of the biggest selling points of this role is the level of support available.

Every Owners Corporation Manager is provided with:





- Dedicated Trust Accounting support

- Dedicated Operations support focused on committees and maintenance

- A large internal support team managing incoming maintenance requests and enquiries

This structure allows managers to spend more time building client relationships and less time getting caught up in administration.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

- Exposure to Tier 1 or complex Tier 2 residential buildings

- Experience with defects, remediation projects and/or VCAT matters

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Confidence using technology and learning new systems

- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service

Applicants with strong Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience who have managed complex buildings and projects are also encouraged to apply.
