About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients,



you'll play an key role in creating an exceptional experience every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients with a warm and professional attitude
- Managing appointments and daily schedules
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Coordinating treatment plans and recallsAssisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate patient recordsSupporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous dental reception experience (preferred but not essential)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy providing exceptional customer service
- Are organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Have strong computer skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Present professionally and have a positive attitude
- Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Experience with Dental4Windows is advantageous but not essential.
