We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support our Dock 37 Restaurant in our dinner service. This is a rare opportunity to take the next step in your hospitality career, overseeing a refined dining experience that showcases both local and international cuisine, curated wine selections, and world-class service.

In this hands on leadership role, you'll be at the heart of our evening operations ensuring seamless service, mentoring a dedicated team, and delighting guests with unforgettable experiences.

The Role

- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are delivered consistently.
- Support and develop front-of-house staff through training, feedback, and leadership.
- Manage reservations, floor plans,



and guest preferences to maximise guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.

Ideally you will have

- A genuine passion for hospitality and fine dining.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
