We are seeking a Senior Case Management Advisor (Risk & Wellbeing) to join a dedicated Student Wellbeing team on a 3-month contract . This position plays a key role in supporting the management of sensitive and complex cases, contributing to risk assessments, and assisting with investigations. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will provide support wherever the need is greatest, helping ensure matters are managed effectively, safely, and in line with established frameworks and policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate a caseload involving complex and sensitive matters.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management planning and recommendations.
- Support investigations by gathering information, maintaining records, and assisting senior team members.
- Prepare explicit and accurate documentation, reports, and case notes.
- Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders, providing advice and support as appropriate.
- Ensure all matters are managed in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in case management involving sensitive, complex, or high-risk matters.
- Strong risk assessment and risk management capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing reports and maintaining detailed records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing competing priorities.
- An Employee WWCC and police check are required for this role.

Previous investigations experience is beneficial but not essential and candidates with a strong foundation in case management and risk assessment will be well positioned to succeed in this role.
