Kangaroo Care is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced female Disability Support Worker to assist a participant with high intensity care needs in Dandenong and Clyde. The role focuses on person-centred support, safety, dignity, and quality of life while following the participant’s plan.

Requirements include native English, robust manual handling, and knowledge of Behaviour Support Plans. First Aid/CPR is a plus.
