iPlay Australia is opening its first Melbourne location at iPlay Frankston this August, and we are looking for Customer Service Attendants to help bring the fun to life. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with people, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, this is your chance to be part of a flagship launch.

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Versatile availability (days, nights, weekends, public holidays)

A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in arcades or entertainment venues

A valid Working With Children Check

Relevant hospitality, retail, or leadership qualifications

iPlay Frankston opens in July

Successful applicants may start earlier for training

Prior training will ensure you are confident, prepared, and ready for opening day
