City of Canterbury Bankstown Council is opening the Canterbury Leisure & Aquatic Centre in late 2026 and seeks a Site Supervisor Leisure, Wellness & Aquatics Customer Experience to lead the Customer Experience team across multiple centres in Bankstown NSW.

You will provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and development to frontline staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and consistent application of policies at site level.
