Cubic Corporation is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer/Technical Trainer in Australia to design, develop and deliver learning programs that build capability across our teams. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze needs, craft engaging eLearning content and ensure materials align with policy and WHSE standards.

You will apply adult learning principles, pilot modules, manage LMS activities, and support documentation and reporting.
