The Pole Room Narre Warren

Knox City

Not every management role changes someone's life. This one genuinely can.

The Pole Room is one of Melbourne's leading pole and aerial fitness communities, and we're looking for a people-focused, highly organised Studio Operations Manager to help lead and grow our studio community.

This is far more than a reception or administration role.

You'll be responsible for creating an exceptional student experience, supporting instructors, managing memberships and sales enquiries, overseeing day-to-day operations and helping build a community that people genuinely love being part of.

If you love working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leadership and are passionate about creating meaningful experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

The Pole Room Narre Warren and Rowville are vibrant, community-focused fitness studios that specialise in pole and aerial fitness.

For many of our students, this is much more than exercise.

It's where they've found confidence they never knew they had, made lifelong friendships, discovered a love of movement and finally found somewhere they belong.

People don't stay because of the poles.

They stay because of the experience.

Because they're greeted by name.

Because someone notices when they've had a tough week.

Because the whole room celebrates when they finally land the trick they've been chasing.

That's the kind of community we're building.

And that's what you'll help lead every day.

About The Role

As Studio Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the studio and act as the heart of our community.

No two weeks are the same.

Some days you'll be:

- Supporting and engaging with students
- Managing sales enquiries and memberships
- Organising events and community initiatives
- Supporting instructors and maintaining studio culture
- Reviewing numbers and identifying opportunities for growth
- Improving systems and operational processes
- Ensuring the studio remains welcoming, organised and running smoothly

This is a highly rewarding role with the opportunity to genuinely impact people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Experience & Community
- Studio Operations
- Team Support

About You

You may be the perfect fit if you:

- Have previous management or leadership experience
- Have sales and customer service experience
- Are highly organised and proactive
- Enjoy building relationships with people
- Are confident making decisions and taking ownership
- Can balance empathy with accountability
- Love creating exceptional experiences for others

Most importantly:

Because this role isn't simply about running classes on time.

It's about ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, supported and valued.

What You'll Receive

- Competitive hourly rate
- Performance bonus opportunities
- Direct mentoring and support from the business owner
- Genuine chance to shape the future of the studios
- Flexible and autonomous working environment
- A fun, supportive and rewarding workplace
- The opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives

Experience in any of the following industries would be highly regarded:
