About the role

Reporting to theFaculty Manager, GPs in Training (GPiT), you'll work closely with Tasmania medical education teams, Practice Manager Liaison Officers, Supervisor Liaison Officers, and RACGP leadership to support, advocate for, and enhance the training experience of GP registrars.

In addition, you'll:

- attend registrar events and/or workshops as required in order to create a strong RLO presence.
- assist Training Programs Department support: day to day questions relating to aspects of the program.
- work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in peer support programs and/or committees is preferred but not essential
- Have completed at least six (6) months of GP community-based training within the AGPT program
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Passion for assisting registrars and GP training
