About The Role:
As a Therapeutic Clinician, you will:
- Providehigh quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and childvictim-survivors.
- Conductspecialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and riskconsiderations.
- Developclear, collaborative treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
- Facilitateindividual and group therapeutic programs.
- Workclosely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safeclient support.
- Contributeto service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across thetherapeutic stream.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Clinicallyconfident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
- Skilled intrauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
- Groundedin feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
- Comfortableworking in a multidisciplinary, values-driven organisation.
- Committedto cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and TorresStrait Islander families and diverse communities.
- Motivatedby meaningful therapeutic work rather than high-volume case turnover.
Qualifications:
- Tertiaryqualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
- Minimum 3years’ experience in therapeutic practice.
Employment will be subject to a satisfactory Working with Children’s check, satisfactory criminal record history check, and the proof of the right to work in Australia prior to commencement.
