Senior Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Technician

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance + Overtime

HDELECTROBUILDS is a growing Melbourne-based company specialising in Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing services across residential and commercial projects.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for:

- Installation of split system air conditioners
- Installation of multi-head systems
- Installation of ducted reverse-cycle systems
- VRF/VRV installation and commissioning
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance and servicing
- Breakdown repairs
- Nitrogen pressure testing, evacuation and refrigerant charging
- Reading electrical and refrigeration wiring diagrams
- Completing service reports and commissioning documentation
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety




- Supervising apprentices when required
- Providing professional customer service on every job
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
- Ability to work independently
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems

Highly Regarded

Experience working with:

- Other VRF systems

Experience in both installation and service is highly desirable.
