Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced OHSQE skilled to lead safety compliance across our multi-site operations in Victoria. The role combines hands-on safety delivery with strategic coordination and stakeholder engagement, reporting to the GM – OHSQE.

You will drive audits, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting, while embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring alignment with national and local standards.
