Optiver is on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Operations Specialist to refine and enhance our recruitment processes and systems. This pivotal role is designed to boost operational efficiency and elevate the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. What you'll do

- Partner with recruitment teams across the APAC region and the Campus Talent Project group to facilitate hiring initiatives effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, leveraging data to guide decision-making.
- Offer support and direction to Recruitment Coordinators in APAC offices, ensuring a consistent and continually improving recruitment approach.
- Collaborate with global recruitment operations teams to roll out new tools and processes that align with both regional and global objectives.
- Address daily recruitment challenges and manage escalations to uphold operational excellence.
- Discover and implement automation solutions to optimize recruitment workflows, minimizing manual tasks.
- Align recruitment operations with overarching organizational goals by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and user satisfaction.




- Create and maintain documentation to support recruitment processes, enhancing team efficiency.
- Provide training to team members and stakeholders on new tools and processes, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment tool support.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, accompanied by at least 4 years of experience in recruitment operations, talent operations, or HR operations.
- Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Greenhouse.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment technologies and industry best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically, with a focus on resolving operational challenges effectively.
- Demonstrated history of driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies to support recruitment decisions.
- Experience in a financial services or trading environment,



providing insight into industry-specific recruitment needs.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Certification in HR or recruitment operations would be an advantage.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
