Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a part-time Case Manager to lead home and community care services based in Goonellabah NSW. You will coordinate care planning, advocate for client choice, and ensure services meet funding and client needs, while working with a supportive team.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in relevant fields, Australian driver’s licence, and a First Aid certificate. You will travel between sites and communities, contributing to secure, high-quality care.
