We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to strategic planning, performance reporting and insightful financial analysis that drives business decisions across the organisation.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and contribute to strategic planning, performance reporting and insightful financial analysis that drives business decisions across the organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller ANZ, the Financial Analyst will deliver accurate, timely and value-adding financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help optimise business performance. This role is instrumental in ensuring financial rigour, cost awareness and analytical support across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Prepare, analyse and interpret financial data, trends and key metrics to inform business performance.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.





- Maintain standard cost and pricing support, including system-based cost modelling.

- Develop finance reports and presentations for business owners and senior leadership.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Support risk assessment, compliance and financial controls aligned with regulatory and governance standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the Finance function.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience is required.

- CPA/CA/CFA qualifications are advantageous.

- Strong commercial acumen with manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

- Advanced analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and data interpretation.

- Proficiency in SAP is essential.

- Robust capability in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
