MacKillop Family Services is seeking a House Manager for Intensive Therapeutic Care in Lismore, NSW. The role leads the ITC Youth Work team, delivering trauma-informed care to vulnerable young people within a therapeutic framework.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the ITC Coordinator, and ensure high standards of care while supporting staff development and secure practice. This is a permanent full-time position based in Lismore.
