Austin Health is seeking a Mental Health/AOD Clinician (RPN3) for the Hamilton Centre on a permanent part time basis. You will work with the Program Manager, Nurse Practitioner and Consultants to support consumers with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs, including coordinating referrals and delivering education to teams.
