HSQC Group is seeking an experienced public practice professional who can confidently manage individual and company tax returns, develop strong client relationships, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment. You will work alongside three Senior Chartered Accountants, two Intermediate Accountants, and a fabulous administrator who provide a strong foundation of support. With access to shared resources across our offices and offshore support team, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional client outcomes while continuing to grow your skills and career.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while remaining hands‑on in the preparation of individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns, financial statements, and business services work. You will combine strong technical skills with a client‑focused approach, building trusted relationships, delivering quality outcomes, and contributing positively to a collaborative and growing team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 5+ years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting, with strong capability in preparing individual and company tax returns and a sound understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements. You will have excellent communication skills,



the ability to build strong client relationships, and a high level of attention to detail and organisation. A completed CA or CPA qualification, or progress towards completion, is highly desirable, with CA experience particularly valued.
