About the Role
- Provide high-quality, person-centred and recovery-oriented mental health nursing care.
- Build therapeutic relationships with consumers,
families and carers.
- Complete comprehensive mental health and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Promote dignity, independence, safety and consumer recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Demonstrated mental health nursing experience, ideally a minimum of two years.
- Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented and contemporary mental health practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards and clinical governance requirements.
