About the work
Australian Green Solution is a leading provider of energy-saving solutions for homes and businesses across Victoria. Through government programs like the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) and Solar for Homes , we help Australians cut their energy use and costs — with rebates of up to $6,430 for AC systems
Demand is strong and our install pipeline is growing. We're looking for qualified HVAC subcontractors to partner with us on residential air conditioning upgrades under the VEU program — with a steady, ongoing flow of work for the right teams.
What you'll be installing
- Ducted Reverse Cycle systems
- Multi-head Split Systems
- Single Split Systems
- VRF / VRV multi systems
All residential jobs, delivered under government rebate programs.
What we're looking for
- Qualified HVAC Mechanical Plumbers and/or Refrigeration Mechanics / Technicians — or established subcontractor teams
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems (ducted, VRF,
multi and single splits)
- Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
- Relevant plumbing / refrigeration licences for the work performed
- Your own tools, vehicle/van and stock-handling
- Valid ABN and current Public Liability Insurance (and WorkCover where applicable)
- White Card , current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- EWP Licence (preferred)
- Manual driver's licence (preferred)
- Fault-finding skills (preferred)
- Punctual, honest, reliable and professional with customers on-site
