We are seeking an experiencedTeam Leader to oversee a large administrative team supporting patient services. This hands-on leadership role focuses on people management, rostering, operational support, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

About the Role

- Lead and support a team of Patient Access Officers
- Manage rostering, workflow coordination, and daily operations
- Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance support
- Liaise with patients and internal stakeholders
- Drive a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture

About You

- Proven experience leading administrative or patient-facing teams
- Robust people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background in healthcare administration (hospital, clinic, GP, specialist or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
- Adaptable, approachable, and passionate about team development
