About the role Join our team to manage the full sales lifecycle for our cloud-based physical security platform. You will engage with mid-market clients across diverse sectors to demonstrate how our AI-powered hardware and software protect their facilities.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Engagement: Full-time, 5 days per week on-site

What you'll do

- Prospect and secure new business to surpass quarterly sales targets.
- Execute the entire sales process including initial outreach, product demonstrations, proposal generation, and contract finalization.
- Manage account expansion opportunities to contribute to your overall quota.
- Maintain precise sales pipeline data and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to facilitate product deployments and identify growth areas.
- Relay client insights and market trends back to our product and engineering departments.
- Conduct outbound activities such as calls, emails, and trials.
- Travel as required for business needs.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position.




- Ability to work on-site in the Sydney office 5 days per week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in presenting to and advising clients.
- Self-motivated approach to working in a high-speed, competitive workplace.
- Bachelor degree is preferred but not mandatory.
