As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers with the delivery of façade projects.
- Coordinate shop drawings, technical documentation and project records.
- Liaise with clients, builders, architects,



consultants and suppliers.
- Support procurement, manufacturing and material tracking.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress.
- Attend site meetings and assist with site coordination.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project correspondence.
- Assist with quality assurance, defect management and project close-out.
- Develop a strong understanding of façade systems, Australian Standards and construction processes.

About You

We're looking for candidates who are:

- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree qualified (or graduating soon) in:
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Construction Management
- Building & Construction

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- A proactive team player with a willingness to learn.
- Full Australian working rights.

Desirable

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or Bluebeam.
- Internship or work experience in construction.
- Understanding of façade, glazing or curtain wall systems (not essential – training will be provided).
- Mandarin skill is highly regarded.
