Refuge Victoria East Melbourne is seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations of the Family Violence Services, supervise Support Workers, and ensure trauma-informed, culturally protected case management for women and children.
Based at the East site, you will manage referrals, rosters, and on-call arrangements, contribute to service delivery, recruitment, and compliance, and work closely with the Refuge Manager to uphold policies and drive continuous improvement.
