Clarendon Homes is seeking a motivated customer centric Sales Consultant to join our team in the Southern Highlands.

The role

- Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre
- Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract
- Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience
- Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment
- Weekend work essential

About You





- Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales
- Previous experience within a project home builder will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- Results-driven, organised and self-motivated
- Professional approach with a customer-first mindset
- Able to thrive in a busy, high-performing display environment
