Total Ag Solutions is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agricultural equipment customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts for their needs. What you'll be doing
- Interpret customer enquiries and identify the appropriate parts required for their agricultural equipment
- Source and procure the necessary parts from our extensive inventory or through our supplier network
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the correct parts for their needs
- Maintain accurate records and inventory controls to ensure efficient parts management
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our parts management processes and systems
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the agricultural equipment industry
- Exceptional product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and source the right parts
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide explicit and helpful advice to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficient in using parts management software and inventory systems
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy and efficiency
