Annual Remuneration: $71,500 to $75,000 plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Present menus and take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Serve food and drinks
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Process payments
- Provide guests with a memorable dining experience
Skill & Experience
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
- AQF Certificate II or III or at least one year of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification
- At least one year of relevant experience in a fine dining establishment in addition to the qualification.
