The Consultant Agency is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant & Background Verification Officer to support our Recruitment team. This remote role (Philippines-based) involves candidate sourcing, background and reference checks, onboarding in Employment Hero, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.

You will screen CVs, build candidate pipelines, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and assist with general administration.
