Westpeak Support Services is seeking a Rostering Coordinator to manage day-to-day rostering for disability support workers across all Westpeak services. You will coordinate with participants, their families, support workers and SIL leads to ensure safe, effective shifts and appropriate matching.
This hands-on role requires strong organisation, judgement and clear communication, with duties covering response to sick leave, cancellations, emergencies and cost considerations.
