- Lead facilities management operations across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
- Drive preventative maintenance programs, lifecycle planning initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies to optimise asset performance.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of capital works projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
- Manage end-to-end tenancy fitout delivery, coordinating approvals, stakeholder engagement, and project execution to support successful tenant openings.
- Develop and implement best-practice frameworks, policies, systems, and reporting processes across facilities management, capital works, and tenancy delivery functions.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to facilities, operations, and project teams while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Robust experience managing capital works projects, refurbishments, and tenancy fitouts.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with contractors, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Good understanding of facilities operations, maintenance, compliance, workplace health and safety, and risk management.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
