We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

We are a fast-growing and dynamic accommodation provider, specialising in holiday rentals within Jervis Bay and beyond. Our mission is to provide world class service to both our property owners and guests alike.

Our highly experienced and respected team manage some of the most beautiful properties around Jervis Bay, and we are growing!

As aProperty Manageryou’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well maintained, beautifully presented to meet the expectations of both owners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections, repairs, maintenance, presentation you’ll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.
- Develop Strong Owner Relations: In this role you will be a direct point of contract for property owners. You will develop trustworthy, strong and lasting relationships.
- Vendor Management:



Effectively manage a wide range of contractors/trades people to ensure specialised repairs, maintenance and services are conducted and as needed.
- Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain solid local relationships.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, priorities, and tasks.
- Experience conducting property related repairs.
- A growth mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to improve property presentation and performance.

- Current Driver's License
