Who are we

Corporate Health Management (CHM) is one of Australia’sleading providers of corporate health and wellbeing services. We deliveroccupational health services to clients across Victoria, including emergencyresponse medical assessments, pre-employment medicals, spirometry testing,audiometry testing, and other health assessments.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team indelivering occupational medical assessments for emergency response roles acrossVictoria. You will work offsite at client workplaces in the Melbourne Metroarea, CBD, and regional locations to assess employees’ fitness for emergency response duties. Assessments include biometric tests, urinalysis, vision tests,audiometry, and spirometry. This role offers travel opportunities, includingregional trips of up to five days with accommodation and travel reimbursement.

Approx. Volume of Work

Between one and five days’ work each week from April untilthe end of October. Most weeks there will be three- or four-days’ work withadditional paid travel and accommodation top.

Key Role Responsibilities

- Willing to travel to sites across Victoria, and stayovernight regionally, to deliver emergency response medical assessments.
- Understand emergency response health assessmentprinciples,



adhere to policies and scope of practice, and confidently operateand document results in the provided software platform (we will train you).
- Represent CHM within a variety of settings in aprofessional manner.
- Conduct emergency response medical assessments incorporate workplaces or our CHM consulting suites in East Melbourne, the CBD,and regional areas.

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse with experience in Allied Health,General Practice or General medicine are highly regarded.
- Completion of an accredited Spirometry course orwillingness to undertake one at your own cost
- Experience with audiometric testing is desired orwillingness to participate in in-house training.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Current unrestricted Driver’s License and own reliablevehicle
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Must have current evidence of Nurse Immunisercertificate, and be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Current National Police Check (within 12 months or CHMcan do this on your behalf)

- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, andthat of others in the workplace, by adherence to relevant OHS policies,procedures and legislative requirements, and a commitment to quality and bestpractice.
- Strong written and verbal communication, anddocumentation skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, and within a team with avariety of relevant stakeholders.

Remuneration

- Hourly rate
- Travel is reimbursed at contracted rate
- Kms are reimbursed as per ATO (when working outsidemetropolitan Melbourne as per award) –
- Accommodation for regional trips is booked and paid forby CHM
- Meals are reimbursed when working outside metropolitanMelbourne
