Responsibilities:

Ensuringthat our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times

Problem solve any guest complaints and escal ate where required

To provide a courteous, professional, effective and flexible service at all times

To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in





Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements:

Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement

High level of communication

High level of grooming and personal presentation

Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded

Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
