About the Role

This is a hybrid clinical + leadership role, where you will:

- Support and guide a small team of clinicians
- Provide supervision and mentoring
- Assist with complex cases and clinical reasoning
- Review reports and contribute to quality improvement

You’ll maintain a reduced caseload so you can stay clinically engaged while building leadership capability.

Your Career Pathway

You’ll progressively step into:

- Clinical Lead responsibilities

This is a genuine leadership pathway, not just a title.

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist
- 3+ years experience (NDIS, Aged Care, Rehab or similar)
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing
- Naturally supports and mentors others
- Ready to step into leadership
