- Be responsible for overseeingthe build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors &manage; the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background

- Experiencewith site managing new build commercial projects
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively &drive; program

You will Receive

- $170-200k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
