About the Role
Make a real difference by supporting people on their mental health recovery journey. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care, work alongside a multidisciplinary team, build strong relationships with consumers and carers, and help create positive outcomes in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Deliver person-centred mental health care
- Assess needs and support care plans with Registered Nurses
- Build strong relationships with consumers, carers and care partners
- Provide therapeutic support, education and recovery-focused care
- Contribute to quality improvement and a safe care environment
About You
You’ll bring compassion, teamwork and a genuine commitment to helping people achieve the best possible mental health outcomes. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their skills while delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care.
- Current NMBA Enrolled Nurse registration
- Mental Health Nursing qualification or equivalent
- Experience as an enrolled nurse in mental health
- Deliver safe,
recovery focused mental health care
- Build strong relationships with consumers and teams
- Communicate well and work with initiative and care
