This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring families receive an exceptional service experience from their very first interaction with our clinic.
About the Role
As a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming andprofessional experience for clients and families
- Manage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settings
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Support accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirements
- Assist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service delivery
- Complete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families,
and stakeholders

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience using practice management software (essential)
- Knowledge of NDIS administration processes or similar funding systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Essential Compliance Requirements
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
