You will implement proactive prospect campaigns, manage leads, and support data-driven outreach while coordinating with the Head of Customer Experience & Marketing.
The role blends sales with frontline service, including customer enquiries, tours, upsell opportunities, and the Member Success Pathway for recent members and swim families.
