An established and highly respected real estate agency in the Shoalhaven region is seeking an experienced Sales Associate, Co-Agent or Sales Agent to join their growing team.

With a strong local presence, loyal database and outstanding reputation for achieving results, this business provides the platform, support and brand recognition for an ambitious sales professional to take the next step in their career.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate who is looking to progress into a Co-Agent role, working closely alongside an experienced Director, while receiving genuine mentorship and guidance. Alternatively, for the right person, the opportunity exists to operate as a standalone Sales Agent with the support of an established agency behind you.

The Role

Depending on your experience and career goals, you will have the opportunity to:

- Work alongside the Director as a Co-Agent / Assistant Sales Agent
- Manage your own sales opportunities as a standalone Sales Agent
- Conduct open homes and buyer appointments
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Follow up buyer enquiries and OFI attendees
- Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Assist with appraisals, negotiations and the sales process




- Work towards agreed KPIs and business goals

About You

- Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Co-Agent or Sales Agent
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Class 2 Licence highly regarded
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident working with buyers, vendors and stakeholders
- Motivated, ambitious and looking to grow within residential sales
- Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
