The Marquis of Lorne, a neighbourhood pub in Fitzroy, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will manage your section, contribute to all kitchen operations and mentor junior chefs, while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
This full time role requires evening and weekend availability, a minimum of three years’ experience, and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
